These Terms describe the users' (the Writer(s)) responsibilities and conditions of working with the Content Stream platform.
Please, read this Policy carefully, as the violation of these Terms and Conditions can lead to penalties or account termination.
Plagiarism Control
Writers are prohibited from uploading materials that:
- have been previously published.
- contain unattributed parts of existing works.
- were created for third parties without permission.
- or include copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Any submitted work should be 100% authentic and contain 0% plagiarism or AI-generated text. The Writer is solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, intellectual property rights, or any other harm caused by such a submission.
Any alleged plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in penalties or account termination.
Deadline Observance
Writers are required to submit completed work, meeting original instructions and free of errors, ON or BEFORE the agreed-upon deadline. Failure to meet deadlines may result in fines, order termination, and non-payment for delivered work without an approved extension from the Support Dpt. Representative.
In case the Writer cannot meet the deadline, they should provide to the Support Dpt. Representative a reasonable notice in advance. Any personal arrangements that may impact the timely delivery of the work should be reported in advance to prevent any possible delays in the order delivery.
If the Writer fails to meet the deadline and has no consent to an extension from the Support Dpt. Representative, we reserve the right to terminate the order contract, making no further payments for any work already delivered, and/or apply the fine to the Writer.
Meeting Format Requirements
All format and other writing requirements are available at the Content Stream’s Library, and the Writer is responsible for learning and strictly adhering to them. Failure to do so may result in fines unless client instructions differ from standard requirements set by the Company.
Quality Assurance:
Completed work must meet general writing quality standards and adhere to client instructions. Typos, grammatical errors, and spelling mistakes are not acceptable. Writers are responsible for learning and fulfilling format requirements available on the Content Stream Library.
The Support Dpt. Representative may advise the Writer to make some improvements to the submitted work regarding style, mistakes, point of view, and content. The Writer should follow such advice.
If the submitted work does not meet the initial order instructions, a Support Dpt. representative may require the Writer to revise it. The Writer must complete such revision within the set revision deadline.
Copyright Consent
Upon submitting completed work, Writers transfer exclusive rights to the Company. The Writer cannot resell, publish, or make publicly available the work without written permission of the Company.
Writers consent to exclude their names from the final work delivered by the Company and confirm that this action will not affect their interests as the authors.
Violation of this rule may lead to immediate account termination without compensation.
Personal Information
Writers must provide valid contact details, such as phone number, email address, and payment information. The Writer is responsible for timely updates of these details and informing the Company about the changes.
We do not allow the use of multiple registrations. The violation of this rule may lead to the immediate termination of all accounts without the possibility of account reactivation.
We do not allow the use of voicemail as a form of communication between the Company and the Writer.
Equipment & Internet Security
Writers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary equipment for accessing and utilizing the Content Stream website and fulfilling orders, as well as ensuring stable and secure access to internet.
The Writer is responsible for protection against unauthorized access, ensuring the security of all work results and login information.
Writers are responsible for implementing data backup and protection from any malicious software.
Payment and Prices
The average price per 275 words is USD 5-15. The Writer has the option to bid for a higher price, subject to review by a Support Dpt. representative.
Writers are paid biweekly for the previous period. The Company guarantees timely payouts for approved work. In case of work revision, payment shall be withheld until final work approval.
The Writer must choose the payment method from the available options: Wire Transfer, Payoneer, or Wise. Such options are available at the Writer’s profile and all necessary information should be submitted before the payment period. The Writer is responsible for the timely updating this data in case of changes.
The minimum payment amount transferred via Payoneer or Wise is USD 50, via Wire Transfer is USD 400. In case the Writer wants to be paid in advance, but earned sum is less than USD 400, they should request an early payment. The minimum early payment amount can be requested is USD 70.
Tax Responsibility
Writers are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations in their respective countries. The Company cannot be held liable for any tax-related violations or issues arising from the Writer's failure to comply with local tax laws.
Prohibited Jurisdictions:
Content Stream does not provide services to individuals or entities from prohibited jurisdictions, including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation, and Sudan.
Individuals and entities from such jurisdictions are not allowed to use Content Stream website and services. By using the Content Stream website, you confirm that you are not a resident, currently located, or represent persons or entities residing in any of the Prohibited Jurisdictions.
General Provisions
These Terms apply to every user, with the burden of proof placed on the Writer in any investigation. Consistent violations may result in account termination.
The Company reserves to update these Terms. The actual date of the update will be displayed at the top of this page.
